NP FFA visits the Capitol

Members of the New Plymouth FFA Officer team went to Boise on Tuesday the 23rd.  They went to Professional-Technical Education, the Department of Ag, and the Capitol.  It was a good educational experience, and the day ended with a photo shoot with the Governor.

Members of the Natural Resource Class at New Plymouth High School have been busy studying for the upcoming Soils and Land Judging Competition.   New Plymouth will co host the event with the Kuna FFA Chapter on Sept. 29th

State Leadership Conference is Coming!

April 8-11 will be the State Leadership Conference.  Be sure to get an application from Mr. Barker or you can also find one on the Forms/Applications on this site.  Cost will be approximately $100, not including food.  Travis Chase will be giving his prepared public speech.  Erica Ramsey and Travis will also be running for a State Office.

NP FFA Members Receive Awards At District Banquet

On March 2, 2009, the Western Idaho District of the FFA held its annual banquet.  There were two main events at the banquet.  First was the prepared public speaking finals.  Our Travis Chase took home the first place merchandise.  The other half of the banquet was dedicated to Proficiency Awards.  Award winners included: Travis Chase, Erica Ramsey, Amber Shoemaker, and Preston Fischer.
